Rx‘n Go, a Voluntary Prescription Drug Program

Employers Choice Plus is making available to all full and part time employees a voluntary prescription drug program. The program, called Rx‘nGo, offers generic drugs for on going health conditions mailed to your home or office.

Members can purchase up to a 90-day supply of generic medication for a fixed fee of $25/$50/$75/$100 depending upon the prescription. The cost includes all administration and shipping and handling. There is no additional premium to pay. If you are able to use a generic drug to treat your condition the three-step process is easy:

1. Register on line or by using the order form found in the brochure
2. Send the prescription to Rx‘n Go:
   • a. Physician can call, fax or ePrescribe the prescription to PBM Plus Mail Service
   • b. You can complete the form and mail to PBM Plus Mail Service
   • c. Make payment – check, money order or credit card
3. Receive your medication conveniently and confidentially delivered to your home or office from the pharmacy in Milford, Ohio.

The Rx ‘n Go list contains nearly 1,200 generic drugs for 50 different disease categories which include Acne to Women’s Health. Asthma, Hypertension, High Blood Pressure and Diabetics are some examples of the different categories.

There are over 440 drugs on the $25 price tier. For example, if you have a prescription for Simvastatin, a cholesterol-lowering drug, your cost for 90 days supply of medication is $25 - shipped to your door. All Rx‘nGo needs from you is the registration, the prescription and your form of payment.
