In 1996, ECP began as an Ohio-based Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and has evolved into a Third Party Administrator (TPA) and Professional Business Advisor for Payroll Services.

We now offer a variety of services to reduce the time consuming tasks of Workers’ Compensation, Payroll, Unemployment Compensation, Health Care Selection and Administration, Retirement Plans, and a host of Payroll Tax Reporting Services; making running your business effortless. Our services are available to most companies who operate locally and or nationally.
ECP can also provide you relief with HR Administration to assure you are always in compliance and to keep your company informed as employment laws change and evolve.
